I thought the movie was pretty damned good.
I also don't see why there is Martin Lawrence hate.

Also, this movie was directed by Micheal Bay? Everytime I hear his name now, all I can think of is...

For me it comes down to the fact that he's the classic guy who tries too hard to be funny and ends up just being annoying.

Bad Boys 1 & 2 are two of my favourite comedies.

Fortunately bad boys 3 is apparently being released withint the next 2 years.

I liked the movie myself only because Martin is semi funny as a compliment to Will Smith. Without him setting him up for most the punch lines his humor isnt that great. Mostly I like the final car chase scene at the end of the movie.
