Was arguably his best special. Maybe the one with the OJ stories, it's between those 2. Back when Chappelle Show was on TV, his stand up was alright but he wasn't top tier. He wasn't Chris Rock or Louis CK. Now he's basically surpassed them both imo. He's going to go down as one of the greatest of all time. All the PC backlash only makes it more attractive to true comedy fans. This is his Carlin's 7 dirty words moment. May the comedy gods bless you, Dave Chappelle. |
I don't want to start accusing you of being politically biased but
... How the hell could you be a fan of Chappelle show and yet not think Michael Jackson bit is funny? It's the same brand of humor. It's just the times that have changed. If Chappelle show came out today it would get trashed the same way. |
