Me too Chula, it was one of the most memorable scenes of the movie for me.
I luv this song! They play this song when she is escaping her coffin and it fits perfectly, the song reflects she knows she's not giving up, it conveys her resolve and rise, i think Robert Rodriguez being a fan of Quintin scored this movie perfectly.

I remember, as soon as i finished seeing this movie i went online to search for this song. If you know the movie you'll know why the lyrics are great.
