I've heard good things about Outcast though I have yet to watch it. I know you don't mind subtitles, so while not horror, per se, Les Revenants (The Returned) is an amazing French supernatural drama. I have the second season to watch yet but the first was totally engrossing. Basically, people coming back to life and it goes from there. Well worth a look.

I watched that whole series a while back. I thought it was good but not amazing. I always get it confused with Dead Like Me.

Reaper was just a comedic take on Brimstone, a far superior series, cancelled before its time. If you want to see that idea handled correctly, check it out.
