I've always thought the Stormtroopers looked cool.

As far as the characters listed, Darth Vader, hands down.

And even though she's not listed, Rey is far, far and away, better than Luke.

She makes Skywalker look like a whiny little girl. (which, when you watch the first three, Luke does do alot of high pitched crying and complaining)
