Goddammit still one of the worst things I've ever goddamn heard.
Lol TH has to review that same album by tomorrow.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Your choice. If it were me, I'd listen to all of them and post a lazy two sentence review of the leftovers from the other thread.

Fair enough, but I kinda want to do some justice to the thread. But I might just do that.

That would be cool too.

A Short Review of Every Album I Have Heard This Year Part 1

142 Views by Drake
Worthless save for Hotline Bling (taken from my rym)

141 Death of a Bachelor by Panic! at the Disco
When he's trying to be Sinatra this album works and has some great moments, but unfortunately for the majority of it he's doing an impression of the last Fall Out Boy album. (taken from my rym)

140 Bubblebath by That Poppy
Okay yeah I get it she's supposed to be this satire on pop music or something, but the music itself is really outdated sounding, it doesn't really have an impact.

139 Painting With by Animal Collective
My biggest problem with every new-era AnCo album I've heard is the production it's so grating and claustrophobic that everything sounds muddled; the songs themselves on this are boring for the most part, but nothing offensive. (taken from my rym)

138 Freshly Squeezed by Limes
Probably the most inoffensive bland thing I've heard all year.

137 Is the Is Are by DIIV
OH MY GOD THIS IS SO BORING (taken from my rym)

136 Not to Disappear by Daughter
See the DIIV album (taken from my rym)

135 Vroom Vroom by Charli XCX
The parts that sound like SOPHIE are great, but the Charli XCX-ish moments suck balls. (taken from my rym)

134 life by jinsang
Another inoffensive background music, Nujabes worshipping, soundcloud beat tape.

133 Cognitive Dissonance by R-ODD かなしい
I mean yeah it's vaportrap. (taken from my rym)

132 I'm Up by Young Thug
I've never been a huge Young Thug fan outside of a couple songs and the last Slime Season mixtape, this is dreadfully boring, and the songs just don't stand out from one another in any meaningful way. (taken from my rym)

131 The Ship by Brian Eno
Sounds like the new Roly Porter. No really. That's it. Except like, not as good. (taken from my rym)

130 MEGA by Blank Banshee
The hype for this one was a lot better than the actual release. Besides the one track with the weird vocal samples I can't remember a single moment off this thing.

129 Preoccupations by Preoccupations
It's like the Viet Cong album, but without the pesky problem of being memorable in any way.

128 New Introductory Lectures on the System of Transcendental Qabala by Kel Valhaal
Not really good, but also interesting and underrated. If that makes sense.

127 "Awaken, My Love!" by Childish Gambino
The front half of this album is some of the best stuff I've heard all year. The back half starts with California and that's all I'm gonna say.

126 RTJ3 by Run the Jewels
A great album for college kids who are super into politics and woke enough to see that Damon Turnip is a ****ing fascist. (idontactualthinkpeoplewholikethisarelameijustdont likeit)

125 Stage Four by Touché Amoré
Lyric driven albums usually aren't my thing unless the melodies that go along with them are great, or it's rap. This is neither of those things.

124 Coloring Book by Chance the Rapper
Jesus that first track is bad, like **** what were they thinking. After that it gets a lot better, but it's still way too inconsistent. (taken from my rym)

123 The Catastrophist by Tortoise
It's good yeah, but it doesn't scratch that Toroise itch at all and leaves me blue balled, I'll just go listen to TNT again. (taken from my rym)

122 Promise Everything by Basement
Emo band makes generic 90's sounding emo music, cool. Good thing the songs don't totally blow. (taken from my rym)

121 Slime Season 3 by Young Thug

Like I said before this is the only project by Young Thug that I've really found of any value. There are some legit highlights on this mixtape. (taken from my rym)

120 Sleepline by New Dreams Ltd.
It's so disjointed and soooo long, I just really don't have enough patience for this, I'll just wait for the next Vektroid album. (taken from my rym)

119 The Serenity of Suffering by Korn
Best thing the band has done in 20 years. Now that isn't saying much... buuut it is pretty alright mainstream metal.

118 Deep Dive Deep Web by Quiz MVE

Oh post-internet, you were fun while you lasted, and you sparked a great conspiracy that is still quite mysterious even now. This album really isn't that great, but it's more the concept behind it and the fact that it basically created a genre of internet field recordings that makes this one fun. (taken from my rym)

It's weird how all these albums have sequentially descending numbers at the front of their titles.

I don't understand why he just didn't post the link to his RYM list cause this is just word for word and I've read it like 5 times already.
