They disallow **** because it’s offensive but they never respect the opinion of people who are offended by disallowing offensive things. Not just youtube but basically every media everything. I think the difference is is that we don't take Bat too seriously when he talks about it. I'd be surprised if I actually saw Bat holding a Nazi flag in a group of white supremacists. He's not that person. At least I'd hope.

TBH if I happened upon a neo-Nazi rally and wandered up not knowing what was going on so that I was already in and among them and knew a couple on a first name basis so when I figured out they were all Nazis I'd be less scurred and then had a flag handed to me with no one I knew there with a camera phone then... you bet your ass I'd wave it with a ****-eating grin on my face.
