Music Banter - Help remembering a song!

I made an account just for this...i need help remembering a song...it came out in most likely 2006 (though it may have been 2005) and in the music video, the main vocalist has a haircut like tyson ritter (but im sure it wasn't AAR) and hes also playing the guitar. Everyone is wearing white in the music video...and I remember that someone (i think it was a girl) was frozen in what looked like a block of ice...if you could tell me what song this is it would be greately appreciated...thank you all!
