Please help this is a hard one to find

anyway i joined this forum because i am at my wits end trying to search for a pop/rock song i heard in switzerland on dare i say it MTV. I can only remember the video and i think the girl was german. atleast i think the lyrics were german

the video starts with a very beautiful blonde lying on the ground with her eyes closed. Then i remember this girl is in a rewind she is falling in reverse back to a top of a building and then the video goes into forward and she runs and jumps off the building then the camera pans into the sky and next the whole band is singing in the street and the drummer was using a pearl drum kit.

oh yeah i remember the camera panning into some old guys apartment and a snow shovel falls to the floor and the old guy picks it up

please help all you musical people out there im going crazy searching.

oh yeah the mtv show in switzerland was top 11 at 11 if that helps and the video of the singer was at number 10
