looking for a '99-2000 song

hello, I am looking for a song that played on radios and tv around 99/2000, the video was black and white, had a funny chaplin-like feel to it, lyrics kind of funny too, going on about someone getting sick of someone else and not wanting them again/anymore... no idea of name, author etc... any suggestions will be appreciated!!

This?...was released in 97, but seems to fit your description.
