Where have I heard this before!?

So, I'm new to the forum, but I figured if anyone could help me out, I could find them here. I was on YouTube earlier tonight, and one of the people I subscribe to linked to an artsy short that she liked, the video itself uses a very short clip (7 seconds) of a song that I have most definitely heard before, whether it was the song itself or it was sampled, if anyone could shed some light on the name of the song, or any useful info, I would be forever grateful, because this has been driving me insane.

Thanks in advance for any help at all! This one is pretty tough.

Google the Youtube user "alannahhibbert"
Then on the channel, look for a video called "distortion of life"
