Trying to find house/dance song from '91 (ish)

Have been finding all old school / dance / house songs on You Tube. There is one in particular that I am trying to find. It's from about 91 ish, used to be played on what was Sunset Radio in Manchester. Starts off with strumming guitars and clapping - a bit Spanish sounding and it did have lyrics. They sung something like "I wanna stay the night - oh way o, whooa whoo". Probably sounds like a right load of rubbish but was actually a good tune. Any ideas ??
