Please help me find dance/house song, blonde female singer, people in white
 

Hey I'm looking for a song, but I only know what the video looks like. I don't know what year it's from but I saw it on tv not long ago and it looked recent.

In the video there's a woman with a short bleached blonde mohawk haircut singing. There are also people all dressed in white. Kinda futuristic, people are not allowed to do anything. When a girl comes too close to a guy the guards pull them apart and the girl goes crazy.
