Not sure of the lyrics, but sounds like: fighting is dumb so don't do it, I move ya, body, so don't, no don't do it......repeats???? any ideas?? its from late 80's early 90's possibly hip-hop/reggae

its not peter frampton or big mountain....more hip hop with a reggae sounding guy on the chorus

been trying to find it for years.....any ideas?
