Looking for song title/singer's name by video
 

Hi,

I am looking for two songs but I only remember the videos.
1.
I saw it a little while ago on Much Loud.
The band was playing on the sidewalk/street, the lead singer is male and has long black hair.
There are people walking by and they bump into them and are annoyed because the band is in the way.
The police also come by and try to stop them/make them go away.

2.
I saw this video on CMT a couple years ago.
There are two guys (both played by the singer) and they are doing a sort of singing competition.
One guy looks like he has done it before and is very full of himself, the other guy is new and starts off quiet/nervous.
