does anyknow know the name of this song?

ok all i remember is that it was sung by one female and 1 or 2 males. I remember the plot of the song was about a homeless person and how he/she was treated badly by numerous people. she made a guy throw his sandwich away and a worker had a go at him/her and i also remember a store worker in a shoe shop called securty becasue he/she was in the store, at the end of the song it turns out all the people to treated him/her badly were once homeless themselves. there were pictures of them taken. The song was sung by black people (not being racist) sorry but much help but i heard it today and i cannot forget it. its a really old song maybe 10 or less years. Its a rnb/slow hip hop song where the man and woman sing....any ideas?
