Identify this song/band, what song is this?

I'm looking for a song from the late 90s. I believe it was on MTV's TRL for about 2 weeks in the mid to late 90s, around 1997,98,99, Carson Daly was the TRL host at the time.

It was a rock/alternative/pop band, the lead singer was a female.

She was the focus of the video, she was walking around singing the whole time and she saw people everywhere with matching t-shirts, the t-shirts had a time on them, I believe it was in military time, can't remember the time, it was 14:32 or something, if I knew the time I could google it but that is just an example time it is not the time.

So the girl sees a party happening behind a big gate, she isn't allowed in, so she crashes it by jumping the tall fence, inside the party everyone is wearing the same t-shirt with same time on it. Security see her and start to chase her, she runs away from the security, runs into the house, runs through the house, all while the security chase her, she runs to the top floor and onto a balcony, she looks down and sees a tape 'chalk' outline of a body, she jumps off the balcony exactly into the shape of the tape outline and the exact time she falls dead into the chalk outline is the exact time on everyones t-shirt.

So she crashed her own party, the party was a weird celebration of her death.

The end of the video was too 'shocking' for MTV so the 2nd week they played this video they cut off the end.

It seems the video was too 'shocking' for the internet, because I haven't seen /heard anything about this video's existence even taking place, except for myself asking about it on various forums.

The only proof I have that this video exists is 1 other guy on the internet asked on a forum if anyone knew the song/band, I'm the original guy that asked the question many years ago and it's been 10+ years, no answer yet! No one knows!

I've asked Carson Daly, he doesn't know! Even though he said while on TRL "Aw they cut off the end, that was the best part!", so he should remember he was just too busy to answer. I've asked Matt Pinfield, stumped him, because he didn't answer.

This is one even Matt freakin' Pinfield was stumped on!!!

Any help as to the band name, song name would be appreciated, thanks.
