Song just played at a bar next door
 

It's got a good kinda fast tempo and there's a female going "no no no no no" a little higher pitch each time. It's definitely party music and nothing slow. I'm in korea but I'm pretty sure the song was english..the voice did sound like a kpop girl voice though...
