Need help finding this song by video description only

Hello and thanks in advance for any and all answers. But I can't for the life of my figure out this song and its driving me crazy..

I don't remember a single lyric or the artists name, but loved it when it was out..when I actually knew it.

The video is almost entirely in the dark but filled with florescent lights and a teenage blonde singer. Her back up dancers look like the guys from "America's got talent" in that they have lines of lights and fade in and out very cool like.

It was a single and to my guess a one hit wonder in 2011 or late 2010; and I think the singer is related to someone whose already famous..
