What song
 

Anyone can help me find out who made this song? I head it in Vama Veche in Romania last Thursday, I believe it is a remix of some Romanian songs but I am not sure. I tried to uses different tools to recognize the song but they all fail probably because it is a remix. Any help would be very much appreciated! :)
