Help With A Song PLEASE!!
 

I have been trying to find a song for about 5 going on 6 years now. it was a dance/techno song with the film clip showing a person dressed as a spaceman walking through the desert. it used to be played on rage well over 5-10 years ago but I have been trying to find either the artist or song name. the lyrics are below.

"let the sunshine, let the sunshine in"

please do not write either Age Of Aquarius as I know its not them.

any help would be extraordinary as this one song has driving my to the point of no return looking for it.
