Hi everyone!

One of my friends went to RiotFest music festival in Chicago and he took a photo with this person backstage. He posted on his Instagram that this is Chuck D from Public Enemy, and I know it's not. Can anyone please help me identify this person so I can prove my friend wrong.

Public Enemy were in the lineup at Riot Fest in Chicago and that does look like Chuck D to me.
What leads you to suspect it's not him?
