Who was the band, what was the song?

Hello to all existing forum members, I've just joined and have a question I'm hoping someone can help out with- it's driving me crazy!

A few years ago, a late night music show played a great clip of a band and song I never saw again- I never caught the name of either the song or the group themselves, and I really want to try and find out so I can look them up.

All I can recall is the clip was quite distinctive, with some dude singing as he frantically peddled a BMX bike through some ( US?) city streets at night, jumping curbs, crossing bridges etc.

He then ended up in a concrete multi-storey carpark I think, where the other band members were setup and playing.

Any ideas?
