in the background you can hera this "tam taram...." I know that there are also some lyrics in this, not much but there are, something like "why do you always..." but I can't remember X.X

please help me, I have been looking for it quite a long time, typing "tam taram tarararrarara" or "pam param" and many others and I can't anymore....
