Looking for the name of a tune

Hello. Could anybody help me with finding the name of the background tune of that youtube video, please? I typed some of the lyrics on the web and just can't find it. Chorus is "I can feel I'm free I'm so alone, free I'm so alone, alone". It's sounds like a rock group from the UK from the 1990s. Thank you.

Jesus! If that guy would shut up for two seconds maybe I could hear the music! He doesn't even pause or seem to take a breath until the last few seconds in the video!

Sounds more like an American band to me though, your Guns'N'Roses or that sort of thing. No clue though: not enough to hear it until the last seconds, sorry.
