Please! Help me find the name of this song??

Hi! I've been looking for the name of this song for some time now and I can't seem to find it! I have very little information about it but maybe it's helpful:

It's sort of like a french dance song, REALLY similar to Stardust's "Music Sounds Better With You" so maybe its from the late 90's/early 00's

I remember it starts with this lead:

(I made it myself and it has a kick for tempo reference. I cannot remember what the rest of the instruments sound like).

Also, it uses a sample of a guitar near the beggining I think. That's why I say it sounds like "Music Sounds Better With You".

I've heard it a couple of times in compilations and one or two TV promos, but I can't find it anywhere!
