Rock album. just remember my brother's cd (no case) from childhood

First time forumerer here. I'm looking for an album my brother had when i was a kid. He passed away when i was in high school and his fiance got his cd book and over time lost the cd.

I believe the cd is 90's to 2000's metal. I want to say it fit in with a monster magnet, alice in chains, megadeath, metalica sound (he had quite a bit like that).
It was black with 6 or 8 symbols in circles around the disk. From my memory the symbols were: scorpion, naked lady, nuclear radiation symbol, martini glass, skull and cross bones.
The ones I'm not sure but possibility are : a cross, peace sign, syringe and Rx pill, and possibly dollar sign.

It has been 10-15 years since i have seen or heard it and have no clue what song were actualy on that cd. Thank you to anyone willing to take a moment to read and help me out
