Need the name of this song

Hey, we were at a party in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka and it broke into a dance off. I took a small 10 second video and I was wondering if anyone can identify the name of the second that plays towards the last 3-4 seconds that goes like this -

Ra ra ra ra ra ra hey hey hey hey hey

I believe it's a Spanish/ Latin song. I tried looking up different variations and spellings of the lyrics but couldn't come across anything. The whole crowd knew the song and were singing along.
