Music theme from sports show

Hi all!

I post this link of a theme from an Israeli sports show, which I've been looking for several years. Drives me crazy from time to time, taking me on a search frenzy :) If any one knows the name of that theme, I will eternally thank him\her.

Theme is at the beginning of the clip (first second) and on again at 9:20 till the end.
