Help me find this amazing song!

I have been trying endlessly to find that song that's playing in the background. Shazam was no help since the vine kinda chops up the song. Since they're going to Coachella 2013 I looked through a massive playlist of all the songs from all the artists on the lineup and STILL cannot find it. If anyone can identify this song I owe them my entire life.
