Alternative/metal song

I used to hear this song pop up on pandora all the time between 2005 and maybe even as late as 2014. It's an alternative/metal song with a male singer with a bit of a deeper raspy voice which reminds me of the singer from "ain't no rest for the wicked" the song has a bit of a country twang to it. The lyrics speak of living a rough life and being treated poorly I primarily think they're telling the stories of women. I was listening to "Jacob markets chain" and the intro reminded me of it though the song I'm thinking of is definitLly more of a rock song. I believe the cover photo that popped up when the song played was a blue/black scale drawing of a crashed car
