This is really familiar but I can't tell from where

12:21 - 12:28 and 12:35 - 12:42 are INSANELY familiar but I can't tell from where. I'm not sure if the melody itself is familiar or if just the "style" or "genre" or playing is.

I'm pretty sure it's from a video game but not entirley.
