Unknown song, no information only sound.
 

I've had this song floating around for the longest time and i was told to come here to try and identify it as google and soundhound both couldn't figure out where its from, and its been eating at me for years now.

i believe i got it off a youtube video a long long time ago with two other songs, the third being the unidentified one.

and then

filename: 3.mp3, (no information) which i wanna identify
