Need help identifying, who remixed a song.

I was rewatching some nostalgic tutorials on youtube when i realized that i still don't know the specific name of a song.


What i already know:
It is a remix of "heaven is a place on earth" by Belinda Carlisle.
The mix itself is most likely inspired by techno/nightcore, i have listened every remix under those categories but no match.
Shazam, ect. doesn't recognize the song.
The youtube video was uploaded in 2009 so the mix has to be made before the upload date of that video.
