Long shot

Hi, this is a bit of a long shot but thought I'd try it anyway.

There was a song on 6 music radio played a couple of times I think in 2010, Feb time. It was like Sunscreen by Baz Luhrmann With a guy talking the whole time. I remember the chorus starting "when your on the road" and not much else. one of the verses may have started with something like "the cool breeze on your face, birds chirping" but my memory's pretty hazy!
I also kind of remember a bit that sounded like the riff of Bjork's song Army of me.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
