Default ice cream truck melody
Hello, an ice cream truck was playing this, but I haven't been able to find where it is from. It sounds generally familiar.

Lol. It's Boys and Girls come out to play - a well known children's nursery rhyme obviously used for its title for the children to come out and buy ice cream. Can't believe no one has answered this.
