late 80s/early 90s obscure rap video
 

Longshot here...please help!! Im beginning to think i imagined this....So...MTV when i was 10-14, 87-90 i think. I believe it was a rap video, but maybe more like r and b. Video centers around a rich black guy with an entourage going to what i believe was either an old west saloon or a country and western bar. He throws money around and all the people there (mostly white i think) cheer him on and a few girls leave with him....he is either driving or being chauffered but i know i remember seeing a cadillac with the longhorn hood ornament on it. Maybe he had a cowboy hat, maybe not?
I believe the beat was catchy but repitive...almost kinda like Nasty Girl from early 80s. The rapper/singer was very eccentric and i want to say kind of like a flashy Prince type character.
The video itself was supposed to be somewhat comical and i believe it was...but anyone ive ever deccribed this too thinks im making it up!! please help!!!
