Name of a pop song with a man going to India on his bike ?

Hello all

I am looking for the name of a song which video clip I've seen on TV early september 2014, please:
- mostly pop music and soft+rythmic with voice of the main character, a guy on his 'old' bike
- love song about the guy going around the world to India to find his girlfriend, meet her family, and then get her back with him
- video clip is quite simple, as the man is running his bike on the foreground, moving the legs but fully static as only the background is rotating to simulate the move from left to right ; seasons on the background changing, like the clothes of the man ; and when going back from India with his girlfriend, the scene is mirrored, bike and background rotating like he was going to the left
