Music Banter - I heard this song a few years ago still dont know the name

A few years ago the radio in my grandma’s house was playing when suddenly a nice song came on. I didn’t have wifi or mobile internet so I couldn’t Shazam it, I tried to remember the lyrics but my English wasn’t very good back then so I forgot.

Now this morning i woke up with a tune played by a soccer whistle stuck in my head. After some time I realized this was the intro of the song i was looking for. I did some digging but google only gave me results of songs with human whistling.

The whistle intro is basically 3 notes (the first and the last are the same, the midle one is a lil lower) a pause and repeat. I could swear I heard “moonlight”, “every night” and “till we can’t dance anymore” in the lyrics.
Its also not “dancing in the moonlight-Toploader”

It pretty well know I think because when I started humming it a friend recognized it but didn’t know the name as well. And its probably pop but not sure and not very recent because i started the quest of finding this song about 3-4 years ago 😛.
