Music Banter - Help discover a music/artist name

Hey Guys,

I am from Brazil and my listening is not good, I saw a clip and i could'nt hear enough of the lyrics to search in the internet.

I want know if someone can identify the clip with the description:

The clip is from the 90's i guess, it was played after a clip of Bonnie Tyler, the singer is a shoulder-long blonde hair, muscular guy. The clip starts showing his romantic life with his women, a really beatiful brunette, he takes pictures of her, but one day she go shop groceries and when she get home he is with another women, a women with curled hair, and she throws the sack of groceries at then and leave the house. The other scene is she sitting on the street at night, and a guy cover her with his coat, the other scene, she enter his apartment, he offer her wine and start to paint her. Then he takes off his shirt and continue to paint her, then she take off her cloth so he can paint her naked. She calls the blonde guy to pick her, he goes where she is and sees the picture and freak out.
