Spanish song

It's a love song with a girl singing passionately and at the end of the chorus she says something...Then she says the same thing again in more of a whisper. It's all in spanish so I do not understand it.

It sounds a bit like endless love by diana ross pattern is similar but it's just 1 girl.

Not enough information. Could be anyone - Shakira, Gloria Estefan - any woman who sings in Spanish. Doesn't have to be Spanish. And if she is, there's no way that could be anything but every single song ever sung by every female Spanish or Spanish-speaking singer who ever existed. You're out of luck there son I would think.
