Default Country Pop Song Female Singer
Just heard in Safeway, country pop song upbeat, sounds a lot like Shania Twain.

The female singer's voice goes up and down in pitch when she sings "whoa whoa whoa whoa (or oh oh oh oh). I think I heard something along the lines of "hug me, teach me" but google gave me nothing for those lyrics. Thank-you!
