Need help with a jungle/drum & bass song!!!

Okay so the song I remember me and my friend listened too sometime around 2002 high as **** and it had this hilarious intro. The song would have been made anywhere from 1990-2004. I'm gonna do my best to describe what I can remember, it went something like this...

Higher pitched voice: "Yuh yo yuh ya yo yuh yo yah yuh yo" something like that

and then this funky transition music comes in and a reggae guy is saying something that leads to him saying what made us laugh which was something like...

Reggae man: "whhhhoooooooooaaaaaaaa niiiccccaaaaaaaaaaa"

I hope I'm not confusing two different songs but I'm pretty sure its the same, any and all help would be most appreciated, need this nostalgia trip lmao.
