Hello to everybody; can someone tell me the title and/or artist of this song?

Unfortunately it is interrumpted by an italian speaking voice at different points because it was used as soundtrack for a TV show.
It's a blues/rock song... I would say in Eric Clapton style, but I don't think it's Eric.
