A song I heard in the early 00s
 

The tune contains the riff from Adolescents - Kids of the Black Hole.

I am sure it has the same riff as from 54-56 seconds (when 'youtubing' "Adolescents - Kids of the Black Hole") repeated throughout it also had a female vocalist and was also Punk but maybe more modern than this.
