Default Stuck with only the singers description

Hey all, so this was a song I think from the early nineties in the UK. I thought she'd been on top of the pops so I've just scrolled the entire list of artists who performed with no luck.

I remember her song as her dance style was quite sexy, long legs, thigh length red boots, I coulda swore thats what she sang about, maybe her legs. It was a pop song.

Tall brunette las with a short haircut.

Im really stuck on this one.

Nothing else? Lyrics, instruments, anything? I'm not from the UK so hopefully one of the Brits can help you out.

The one that comes to mind from the 90s is Shania Twain in Man, I feel Like a Woman. But the boots were black, not red.

I didn't notice, blame it on overexposure.
