Been trying to find a reggae song i used to listen to as a kid
 

Hello, this may be the only time I'll ever post here but not the point! I came on here to ask fellow music fan that may be more knowledgeable about the subject, specifically reggae music and/or anything similar. Back when I was a kid (around 11 I assume), I used to have a light grey/blueish grey MP3 player (the wider, slightly bigger one I think) that my parents would let me play with since it had music already downloaded on it.

Some of my best memories of moving into a town that was into the middle of nowhere was listening to songs like In My Car by The Pack and It's so Hard to say Goodbye to Yesterday by Boys II Men on that MP3 player. But one song I was super fond of was a reggae song called "Why Can't You See?" or something to that effect, I would listen to this song constantly so it was a fond childhood memory to think about that song. However since I was a dummy kid who couldn't be bothered to remember anything about the song apart from the song's name so I can't remember who the artist was to save my life.

Ever since I either lost the MP3 or it just broke down, I've tried on and off to find this song for years! I've tried googling it by the songs name but nothing comes up, I've just tried to enter what I remember of the chorus' lyrics on Google and still nothing to the effect of the song I'm looking for. What makes this even harder for me is that since I have a problem with not understanding what people ar saying if I'm just listening to the song and never look up lyrics so I only remember the lyrics of some of the chorus and the rest I only remember by rhythm/what it sounded like. The chorus went by the following:

"Wait now! Why cant you see?.."

The rest of it I only know by how I remember it sounding since the singing style and the singer's voice made it hard to understand what he was saying at the time (it's the usual reggae singing style but with my listening comprehension, the singer's words can mush together quite a bit for me).

I hope that the format isn't too crappy and that anyone that stumbles upon this can help me out in any way!
