Actually it's Turkish song
I know Turkish And my song wasn't

1) Song starts with gramophone quality and 20-30 secs later became high quality
2) A female sings 90 secs later
3) I think the main instrument was violin (kinda classic pop and little Techno genre which that I think it wasn't too old song)
4) I'm not sure about language because at that time I didn't know English, and I think it wasn't
5) The song duration was 5 mins
6) the last thing female vocalist sings was:
eeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Exclamation

This song checks almost all of the boxes.
Female vocals - check
Crackle of vinyl - check
Last syllable of the song is "ee" - check
