I'd be grateful for some help identifying this song!

Hi,
I'm looking for a song from an episode of the US-based television series, "In Plain Sight" which is available for free on Amazon Prime video for subscribers through the IMDb TV channel (free with ads). Specifically, the song I'm interested in is on season 2, episode 15 entitled, "Don't Cry for Me Albuquerque." The song plays in the background while two characters talk, beginning at 10:12 of the video. The music is muffled when the women speak, so I could only catch a few words and phrases. The first few lines are in Spanish or possibly, Portuguese. Then the chorus starts in English, "You are my life, You are my dream, You are my ---," and then it goes back to a foreign language. I'm no music expert, but the song felt as if it had a bossa nova feel. Would LOVE to know the name of this song, please advise!
