Help me find old techno(I think) song!

Hello, I am looking for an old techno song (or Electronic, idk the exact genre but it sounds techno to me).I think it's from early 2000s, at least it sounds like

. Here is what I can remember:
It started with female(I think) computer-like voice, like an announcement in some kind of facility saying something along those lines: "all systems have been disconnected. Auto destruction initiated." (Probably got most of them wrong, but it was this kind of computer like announcement you would hear in a speakers in some kind of power plant or smth). Then the music kicked in. Last thing I remember is that it had the female line from Dr dre and Eminem song that Goes "I need a doctor, doctor, to bring me back to life". But it's not a remix of that song, it just has this voice in the middle of the song, the melody has nothing to do with that dr dre song. I know it's not much, but maybe someone? Thank you!
